SMS/MMS Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By participating in our mobile messaging program or interacting with our text messaging services, you agree to be bound by these terms. 

1. Messaging Program Disclosure & Consent 

By providing your mobile telephone number and opting in to our messaging program, you explicitly consent to receive recurring SMS and MMS text messages from Guideway Care at the mobile number you provided. 

  • Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase for any goods or services. 
  • Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other automated technology. 

2. Opt-Out Instructions 

You have the right to stop receiving text messages at any time. 

  • To unsubscribe: Reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. You will receive a single, final text message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent to your device unless you choose to opt in again. 
  • For assistance: Reply HELP to any text message you receive for customer support, or contact us directly at support@guidewaycare.com. 

3. Message Frequency 

The frequency of text messages you receive will vary depending on your interactions with us and the campaigns you subscribe to. 

  • Message frequency varies, users are likely to receive between 3-6 messages per month. 

4. Message and Data Rates Disclosure 

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Standard message and data rates are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider. Please contact your wireless carrier for details on your texting and data plan. 

5. No Third-Party Sharing (Privacy Commitment) 

We value your privacy. Guideway Care will not sell, rent, or share your mobile telephone number, opt-in data, or consent status with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile information is kept strictly confidential and is only used to deliver the messaging services you have explicitly requested. 

6. Public Accessibility and Availability 

This document is publicly accessible to all users without requiring a login or registration. It is directly relevant to the administration of our SMS/MMS messaging program and is hosted at https://guidewaycare.com/sms-terms-and-conditions/.
