Client Success Manager

Do you possess problem solving skills and an ability to develop and execute process improvement plans? If so, Sequence Health has an immediate opening for a Client Success Manager.

In this role, the Client Success Manager will be responsible for managing the overall account relationship, liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve customer experience and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. This individual will need to deliver exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Job Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and internal teams throughout entire client life cycle
  • Collaborate with internal teams to onboard and integrate new clients; identify ongoing process improvement initiatives
  • Lead calibration calls with clients to understand and identify customer service needs/expectations
  • Meet client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
  • Forecast, analyze and report key performance metrics to internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications and Skills Required

  • 3+ years of healthcare, sales, or account management experience
  • Proficient with technology, software applications, and phone systems
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to provide strategic solutions that benefit all parties
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business management or related field
  • Bilingual/Multi-lingual a plus
