Chief Executive Officer

Craig Parker has a history of building innovative health care companies with business models that improve care delivery and provide better experiences for all involved. Before taking the helm at Guideway Care, Craig served as a senior leader in health care companies working in the patient experience and provider efficiency spaces.

In his role as CEO, Craig serves as the company’s chief evangelist, spreading the message that Guideway Care’s services improve life for patients and providers alike.

As an experienced finance and operations executive, Jelena Virijevic has a proven track record of building and scaling businesses in mission-driven healthcare technology and services. She has spent over 20 years leading high-growth startups and private equity-backed organizations, fostering purpose-driven cultures and high-performing teams. She completed “Building Organizations for the Future” at Harvard University, specializing in organizational design, and is passionate about leadership development and coaching.

Jim Yamshak

Chief Growth Officer

With 30+ years healthcare experience, Jim Yamshak has successfully led organizational growth initiatives and developed high performing sales teams specializing in Diagnostic Imaging, Healthcare IT, Radiology Services and Enterprise Clinical Quality Data Management. He has a history of rapidly increasing revenues and significantly growing partner bases. Before joining Guideway Care, he served for 10 years as Chief Business Development Officer at Q-Centrix. His experience will provide significant value in achieving Guideway’s growth objectives while improving lives for both patients and providers.

Edward E. Partridge, M.D.

Chief Medical Officer

In addition to his role as CMO of Guideway Care, Dr. Edward E. Partridge is Director Emeritus and Professor Emeritus of the UAB Comprehensive Cancer Center and Medical Director of the UABHS Cancer Community Network. Throughout his long career in medicine Dr. Partridge has translated academic research into practical real-world applications, particularly in the areas of cancer prevention and the reduction of disparities in health care. Dr. Partridge has served as President of the National Board of the American Cancer Society as well as Chairman of the Commission on Cancer for the American College of Surgeons, and is on the Board of Directors of the Mid-South Division of the American Cancer Society.

David Bradshaw

Chief Transformation and Technology Officer

David serves as Chief Transformation and Technology Officer at Guideway Care, where he leads digital transformation initiatives, including the development of a “digital workforce,” to augment Activation Care Guides and strengthen partner outcomes. With 30 years of healthcare experience across both health systems and health IT vendors, he brings a rare combination of operational, technology, and go-to-market leadership.

David spent two decades at Memorial Hermann Health System, serving as CIO, Chief Marketing Officer, and later EVP and Chief Strategy Officer with enterprise responsibility spanning strategy, technology, business development, ambulatory growth, the health plan, and population health services. He also held senior leadership roles at Cerner, leading consumer and employer solutions focused on digital engagement. A Texas A&M graduate, David is married to his college sweetheart and together they have raised three sons. Outside of work, he enjoys bike riding, saltwater fishing, and playing golf.

Chief Analytics and Solution Engineering Officer
Leighton joined Guideway as Chief Analytics Officer in 2021 and has vast experience across the back-office functions of healthcare. Leighton has spent the past ten years of her career using data analytics to inform process improvement and scale across the healthcare ecosystem (CCM, population health, revenue cycle).

Lisa McDermott-Miller

Chief Activation AI Officer

Lisa serves as Chief Activation AI Officer at Guideway Care, where she leads the advancement of AI-enabled patient activation and workflow transformation across care management operations. Her work focuses on building and deploying intelligent, governed AI capabilities—including conversational AI, care orchestration, and analytics—to augment care teams, scale activation programs, and improve outcomes for Guideway’s health system partners.

With more than 30 years of experience across healthcare technology and services, Lisa brings deep expertise in population health, product strategy, and large-scale transformation. She spent 26 years at Cerner in progressive leadership roles, most recently as Vice President of Product Management for Population Health Solutions and Services, where she led the strategy, development, and delivery of enterprise population health offerings used by provider organizations nationwide. Lisa is also Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Waypoint Healthcare Solutions, where she has advised healthcare organizations on translating strategy into execution through AI-enabled care models and operational redesign.

Jessica Cox

VP of Customer Experience
Jessica serves as Vice President of Customer Experience at Guideway Care, where she leads strategies that strengthen customer satisfaction, deepen partnerships, and fuel organizational growth. With more than 15 years of experience in healthcare operations, clinical strategy, and product innovation, she brings a unique combination of nursing expertise and business insight to advancing value-based, patient-centered outcomes. Prior to joining Guideway Care, Jessica held senior roles in product strategy and clinical operations across leading healthcare organizations, building solutions that enhance care delivery and support health system performance.

Lisa Ball

VP of People
Lisa serves as Vice President of People at Guideway Care, where she oversees people operations and advances a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement. Drawing on more than 20 years of human resources leadership, she brings a people-first yet operationally rigorous approach to building scalable HR services. Known for her expertise in benefits strategy, compliance, and talent development, Lisa partners closely with operational and clinical leaders to align workforce strategy with organizational goals. She is deeply committed to empowering a diverse team of more than 200 employees to deliver high-quality care and meaningful support to patients throughout their healthcare journey.

Paul Gasque

VP of Client Operations
Paul serves as Vice President of Client Operations at Guideway Care, where he leads efforts to ensure operational excellence and interoperability across the company’s activation programs. With more than 30 years of Health IT experience, his background spans enterprise solution architecture, managed services, client delivery, and professional services leadership at organizations including Q-Centrix and Agfa HealthCare. Known for building scalable, data-driven operations that integrate complex systems and streamline workflows, Paul is a process-oriented leader and early contributor to multiple successful healthcare technology ventures. He brings a decisive, “take action now” mindset to optimizing performance, aligning cross-functional teams, and delivering reliable, enterprise-class solutions for providers and partners.

Sam serves as Senior Director of Technical Operations at Guideway Care, where he leads the teams responsible for delivering scalable, high-quality technical solutions that support customer success and operational excellence. With more than two decades of experience spanning customer success, software implementation, engineering leadership, and mission-critical support, Sam specializes in building high-performing teams and streamlining complex processes across healthcare, public safety, and education technology environments. Known for transforming customer onboarding and service delivery models, he has repeatedly accelerated time-to-value, improved cross-functional alignment, and implemented systems that drive consistent, repeatable results. Before joining Guideway Care, Sam held senior leadership roles at Immediate, AutoTec, Meazure Learning, and Emergency CallWorks, where he managed large-scale implementations, engineered technical solutions, and guided organizations through periods of rapid growth and change.
