In this role, the Client Success Manager will be responsible for managing the overall account relationship, liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve customer experience and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. This individual will need to deliver exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Job Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers and internal teams throughout entire client life cycle
Collaborate with internal teams to onboard and integrate new clients; identify ongoing process improvement initiatives
Lead calibration calls with clients to understand and identify customer service needs/expectations
Meet client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
Forecast, analyze and report key performance metrics to internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications and Skills Required
3+ years of healthcare, sales, or account management experience
Proficient with technology, software applications, and phone systems
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to provide strategic solutions that benefit all parties
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business management or related field
Bilingual/Multi-lingual a plus
